Preamble
تهدف السياسة إلى حماية صدق التعلم والتقييم مع تعليم الممارسات السليمة، وعدم معاقبة المتدرب بناء على مؤشرات آلية غير حاسمة.
Article 1: Principles of Integrity
The trainee is obligated to ensure that the submitted work expresses his learning, to attribute sources, to respect cooperation instructions and permitted tools, and to maintain the confidentiality of test materials.
Article 2: Plagiarism
It includes presenting words, ideas, images, data, translation, or code to others as personal work without an appropriate percentage, as well as reusing previous work when the evaluation instructions prohibit this.
Article 3: Pictures of the violation
May include:
- Cheating or exchanging answers;
- Impersonating or performing an evaluation on behalf of others;
- Buying or selling a business;
- Fabricating data or references;
- Collaboration is not allowed;
- Accessing or leaking protected materials;
- Circumventing surveillance;
- Using an artificial intelligence tool contrary to instructions.
Article 4: Legitimate cooperation
Cooperation is permissible when the activity allows it. The instructor explains what should be individual, how to attribute peer contributions, and whether sharing drafts or code is acceptable.
Article 5: Artificial Intelligence
Each assessment identifies one of the following situations:
- Forbidden;
- Permitted for specific purposes;
- Allowed with disclosure;
- Required as part of the activity.
In the absence of clear instructions, the trainee uses the tool only for general assistance, does not present its outputs as personal production without disclosure, and seeks clarification when in doubt.
Article 6: User duties when allowing artificial intelligence
The trainee is committed to:
- Check accuracy and references;
- Statement of the tool, purpose, and affected part as required;
- Do not enter personal, health or confidential data;
- Preserving evidence of the progress of the work upon reasonable request;
- Bear responsibility for the final version.
Article 7: Teacher’s Duties
Provides understandable instructions and examples of acceptable proportions, and does not assume violations merely because of quality or variation in style. Assessment is designed to reduce ambiguity and measure actual learning.
Article 8: Tools for similarity checking and detection
They can be used as auxiliary indicators after appropriate notification. The percentage of similarity or the result of an artificial intelligence detector alone does not prove a violation, and the source, context, drafts, and interpretation must be examined.
Article 9: Notice and Response
If serious suspicion exists, the trainee is informed of the nature of the allegation, the relevant part and the underlying data, and is given reasonable time to respond and provide drafts, sources or explanation.
Article 10: Decision
The decision is made by a qualified person, stating the facts, criterion and outcome. A final and effective sanction is not issued exclusively by an automatic decision.
Article 11: Proportionality and progression
The seriousness of the act, intent, impact, repetition, clarity of instructions, and level of the trainee are taken into account. The response may be educational, reinstatement, a justified demotion, cancellation of an evaluation, or disciplinary action in serious cases.
Article 12: Unauthorized assistance from third parties
It is prohibited for a person or service to create substantive work on behalf of the intern. This does not prevent proofreading or appropriate arrangement if they do not change the content of learning and are announced upon request.
Article 13: Protection of test materials
Questions, answer forms, or test recordings may not be published or shared outside of permission. The commitment continues after the end of the program.
Article 14: Records and Privacy
The evidence, response, and decision shall be preserved as needed and in accordance with POL-20 and the applicable internal control, and the incident shall not be circulated outside of authorized persons.
Article 15: Appeal
A review of the decision may be requested pursuant to POL-18. It will be considered by a person who was not alone in the first decision whenever possible, without penalty for exercising the right of appeal in good faith.
Article 16: Intellectual Property and Health Alert
Applies POL-24 to sources, and POL-25 to health outputs. Artificial intelligence may not be used to produce a diagnosis, prescription, or professional claim in the name of the academy.
Article 17: Communication
Inquiries or reports via the academic channel or [email protected].
