Before the evaluation, the trainee is informed of its type, weight, date, duration, attempts, minimum success rate, permitted resources, and correction criteria.
Article 2: Evaluation Design
The assessment must measure stated knowledge or skill, and must not include a requirement that is not taught or stated. Clarity of language, reasonable time and deadlines are taken into account.
Article 3: Identity Verification
Proportionate verification may be requested, such as access to an account, a special code, or the presentation of a document, with unnecessary data hidden. Biometric data is collected only when there is a clear basis, independent information and appropriate safeguards.
Article 4: Monitoring
If human or technical monitoring is used, announce before registration or an appropriate time before the test:
- type of monitoring;
- Data or recordings collected;
- Purpose and duration of retention;
- Who can see it?
- Technical requirements;
- The alternative available when a project is needed.
Article 5: Test environment
Only what is required for integrity is required. Do not interpret a single movement, sound, or change of location as cheating without reviewing the context.
Article 6: Malfunctions during testing
If a malfunction occurs, the trainee takes as many pictures or notifications as possible and communicates immediately. Records are reviewed, and testing may be resumed, repeated, or extended without penalty if the defect is beyond its control.
Article 7: Late deliveries
The declared rule shall be applied taking into account the fault, the justifiable circumstance and the appropriate arrangement. Unpublished or disproportionate punishment is not acceptable.
Article 8: Correction
The debugger supports a network or declared standards. Identity is separated from work whenever practical, and modifications affecting the point are documented.
Article 9: Results and feedback
The result is published within the announced deadline or a delay notice is sent. The trainee has the right to understand the scoring elements and obtain appropriate feedback without revealing protected answers that may harm the integrity of future assessments.
Article 10: Attempts and replays
The number of attempts, the terms and fees for retakes, if any, are determined before registration or before the first attempt. No fees are charged for re-entry due to a malfunction from the academy or a corrected error.
Article 11: Oral or practical examination
Defines criteria, duration and evaluators. It may be recorded for review after notification, with access and retention restricted.
Article 12: Suspicion of a violation

Article 13: Correction of material error
The points are collected, entered, or attributed to another account immediately after verification, and the affected document is reissued without a fee if the error is from the academy.
Article 14: Request for academic review
It is submitted within the announced deadline, and explains the question, criterion, or error. The result will be reviewed by a qualified person who was not alone in making the first decision whenever possible, and it may remain, increase, or decrease if the re-correction is complete and announced in advance.
Article 15: Appropriate arrangements
POL-17 applies, and may include additional time, alternative format, assistive technology, or accommodation, without reducing the substantive learning outcome.
Article 16: Preserving evaluation materials
Assessment papers, files and records shall be kept in accordance with POL-20 and the applicable internal control, with access restricted to the teacher, grader and authorized administration.
Article 17: Non-financial interference

Article 18: Communication
Inquiries and reviews are submitted via the account or [email protected] according to POL-18.
