Preamble
تحدد هذه السياسة كيف يقاس الحضور والمشاركة والتقدم في البرامج الحضورية والمتزامنة وغير المتزامنة، وكيف تعالج حالات عدم النشاط دون قرارات آلية أو غير متناسبة.
Article 1: Declared requirements
The mandatory attendance rate, required activities, dates, effect of absence, and any exceptions or appropriate arrangements will be shown before registration or at the beginning of the program.
Article 2: The meaning of presence
Login alone does not equal active attendance. Attendance may be demonstrated by joining a session, completing an activity, submitting work, or documenting interaction that fits the style of the program.
Article 3: Asynchronous programs
Progress is measured by units, activities, and assessments within stated periods, not simply by the number of continuous hours. Do not impose continuous screen monitoring without a stated and proportionate necessity.
Article 4: Simultaneous sessions
The time of joining and leaving is recorded when needed. The trainee is informed if camera or audio participation is a requirement, taking into account privacy and alternative arrangements.
Article 5: Excused absence
Absence may be justified due to health, family, professional, technical, or force majeure circumstances. Proof is limited to what is necessary, and an unnecessarily detailed health diagnosis is not requested.
Article 6: Compensation
Depending on the nature of the activity, a recording, alternative session, make-up activity, extension or rescheduling may be provided. Compensation is not guaranteed if the educational result cannot be achieved by other means, along with an explanation of the reason.
Article 7: Dates and deadlines
Shows the time zone and last delivery time. If the malfunction is from the platform or from the academy, the delivery will be reopened or the deadline will be extended according to POL-12.
Article 8: Early warning
When progress declines, an alert is sent indicating:
- Late activities;
- The effect of continued delay;
- How to request support;
- A reasonable deadline for the recovery plan.
Article 9: Remediation plan
May include prioritization, specific extensions, support session, new schedule, or freeze according to POL-10. The plan does not change a valid result or essential success condition without academic support.
Article 10: Inactivity
Inactivity does not automatically result in account or business deletion. After reasonable notice, new units may be restricted or the registration may be placed in inactive status, with the record preserved and available for review.
Article 11: Influential decisions
A final decision on failure or administrative withdrawal is not issued based exclusively on a login indicator or an automated decision. Activities, records and justifications are reviewed by an authorized person.
Article 12: Attendance and point
Participation is not included in the rating unless it is a declared standard and has an understandable description. Disability, appropriate arrangement, or proven malfunction shall not be punished.
Article 13: Integrity and Privacy
Activity logs are used to the extent necessary to demonstrate progress and protect evaluation, and are not used for unannounced or disproportionate monitoring. POL-15 and POL-20 apply.
Article 14: Communication and review
A request may be made to correct an attendance record or review a decision pursuant to POL-18, providing the date, activity, and available evidence. The reasoned decision is communicated to the trainee.
