Access is personal and limited for the purpose of study. It shows its start and end date, whether the content is synchronized or recorded, what can be downloaded, and what remains available after completion.
Article 3: Activate the account
Activation takes place after installing the registry according to POL-09. The trainee uses the authenticated recovery method, and does not share login data. POL-23 applies to account security.
Article 4: Duration of access and extension
The access period appears before registration. It can be extended upon failure from the academy, an appropriate arrangement, a decision to postpone or freeze, or a circumstance acceptable to policy, without reducing an established right retroactively.
Article 5: Direct sessions
Announces schedule, time zone, attendance requirements and availability. If the session is recorded, participants are informed of the purpose, duration of retention and who has access, and alternatives are available where there is a legitimate appropriate arrangement.
Article 6: External tools and services
Before using a mandatory external tool, explain its name, purpose, basic data transmitted, and the impact of not using it. Do not grant more powers than necessary, and POL-20 and the applicable internal control apply.
Article 7: Planned maintenance
Advance notice will be posted whenever possible, indicating start time, estimated duration and affected services. Schedules are chosen that minimize the impact of maintenance on tests and deliverables.
Article 8: Unplanned malfunctions
When a significant outage occurs, the Academy documents its duration and scope, publishes an update, and prioritizes access, evaluation, and data. The trainee shall not be held liable as a result of a proven technical delay outside his control.
Article 9: Alternatives and Equity
Treatment can include:
- Extension of term;
- Re-open delivery;
- Alternative session;
- Alternative secure means of transmission;
- Retest fairly;
- Recover data whenever possible.
Article 10: The trainee’s technical responsibility
The trainee is committed to trying to log in before a critical date, update contact information, save a copy of his work, and report the problem early with the time and message shown. This does not exempt the academy from addressing a shortcoming on its part.
Article 11: Support limits
Support includes the account, platform, modules and deliverables provided by the Academy. It does not usually include repair of a personal device, Internet service or external software that is not required, with reasonable guidance provided if possible.
Article 12: Request for support
The request contains the reference number, affected service, time of issue, steps tried, and a screenshot after sensitive data was hidden. A password or verification code is not required.
Article 13: Priority of applications
Priority is given to security incidents, then failure to test or close delivery, then loss of access, then general problems. A receipt confirmation or order number is sent whenever the channel permits.
Article 14: Accessories
Make reasonable accommodations in accordance with POL-17. This includes, as needed and possible, readable formatting, alternative text, translation or transcription, additional time, and an appropriate support channel.
Article 15: Acceptable Use
It is prohibited to disrupt the platform, bypass restrictions, spread malware, extract third party data, or circumvent the evaluation. Proportionate action shall apply in accordance with POL-16 and POL-23.
Article 16: Preservation and backup of works
The Academy takes appropriate measures to preserve essential data, but a backup copy is not permanent personal storage space. The trainee is advised to download what the policy allows for downloading.
Article 17: Communication
Support via account or [email protected]. You must report immediately if someone else's data or unexpected validity appears.
