Preamble
تحدد هذه السياسة التزام الأكاديمية بتنفيذ البرنامج كما وُصف عند التسجيل، وحدود التغييرات المشروعة، والخيارات المتاحة إذا وقع تعديل جوهري أو إلغاء.
Article 1: Binding Description
The approved description consists of the name of the programme, its objectives, core units, estimated duration, style, language of instruction, success requirements, expected document and price. The description that was accepted upon registration is saved.
Article 2: Implementation plan
Before or at the start, the trainee receives a learning schedule or map showing modules, milestones, assessments, support channels, and technical requirements.
Article 3: The role of the training service provider
If a training service provider participates, his role should be clarified without creating ambiguity about the contracting party or the body issuing the document. The Academy remains responsible for coordinating the service promised to the trainee within its scope.
Article 4: Non-material changes
It is permissible to update the examples, arrange activities, or replace a technical tool or teacher with a suitably qualified person, provided that this does not detract from the educational results, the duration of access, the conditions of the document, or the rights of the trainee.
Article 5: Fundamental changes
A change is considered material if it affects, in a significant way:
- The objectives of the program or a significant proportion of its content;
- Language of instruction or pattern of attendance;
- Duration or schedule that hinders follow-up;
- Requirements for success or the issued document;
- The issuing entity or declared regulatory status;
- Price or mandatory fees.
Article 6: Notification of Material Change
Advance notice is sent explaining the reason, date of application, impact, and available options. It is not assumed that the trainee will be accepted simply because he remains silent if the change requires explicit approval.
Article 7: Trainee options
Depending on the nature of the change, one or more options are displayed:
- Continue at no additional cost;
- Transfer to an equivalent course or programme;
- Freeze or postpone registration;
- Alternative completion plan;
- Withdrawal and refund of the amount due according to POL-05.
Article 8: Changing the teacher
The teacher may be changed for a professional or emergency reason, while choosing a replacement with appropriate qualifications and maintaining continuity of evaluation. The trainee is informed when a change affects the schedule or method of follow-up.
Article 9: Minimum amount to open the program
If opening the program is conditional on a minimum number, this will be announced before the performance with the latest date of the decision. If it does not open, an optional transfer or full refund is offered for the canceled program.
Article 10: Cancellation before the start
When the program is canceled before the start, any subsequent discount will be stopped, the trainee will be notified, and the amount due will be refunded in the manner and within the deadline specified in POL-05, unless he clearly chooses a suitable alternative.
Article 11: Cancellation after commencement
Prioritize a completion plan that protects learners, and may include transfer of teaching, extension of access, recognition of completed modules or handing over of records. If completion is not possible, the reimbursement is calculated fairly without charging the trainee the cost of a service not provided.
Article 12: Interruption and Emergency
POL-12 and the applicable internal control apply in case of malfunction or emergency condition. Appointments are extended or alternatives are provided if the proven interruption affects the trainee’s ability to perform.
Article 13: Updating regulatory or scientific content
The content may be updated to maintain its accuracy or integrity. If the update cancels a fundamental educational outcome or changes the terms of the document, it is treated as a fundamental change.
Article 14: Joint programs
In a program in which a Canadian entity, an African entity, or a training service provider participates, each party shall clarify its role, the program or territory covered, and the entity issuing the document. The partnership does not automatically expand to a program or country not stipulated.
Article 15: Records and proof
A copy of the description, schedule, notices, and transfer or cancellation decisions shall be kept. A document affected by an error by the Academy will be reissued without a fee.
Article 16: Complaint and Review
A review of the effect of an amendment or cancellation may be requested pursuant to POL-18, without resulting in academic or financial retaliation.
Article 17: No guarantee of external results
The Academy does not guarantee employment, immigration, admission to another entity, or professional licensing simply by completing the program, and POL-19 and POL-25 apply.
Article 18: Communication
Important notifications are published within the account and sent to the registered means of communication. Inquiries should be directed to [email protected].
