Preamble
تفصل هذه السياسة بين الترشح والقبول والتسجيل النهائي وتفعيل الولوج، وتحدد كيف يتكون العقد التكويني إلكترونياً وكيف تُحفظ نسخته وإثبات قبوله.
Article 1: Separate stages
- Nomination: Sending information or documents for examination.
- Admission: Confirmation of eligibility, and may be conditional.
- Registration offer: Program statement, price, duration, performance plan and expected document.
- Electronic Acceptance: Explicit approval of the contract and specific policies.
- Confirmation of registration: Issuance of written confirmation and a reference number.
- Activating access: Making the account or units available according to the start date and announced conditions. One stage alone is not sufficient to assume the completion of subsequent stages.
Article 2: Pre-contractual information
Before the final confirmation button, a saveable image is displayed:
- The identity of the contracting party from among the academy, institution, or African party;
- The role of the Canadian entity and the training service provider, if any;
- The name of the programme, its basic content, duration and format;
- Eligibility and success conditions;
- Full price, currency, taxes and fees;
- Performance, rollback and recovery plan;
- The entity issuing each document and its precise status;
- Technical requirements and access time;
- Links to relevant policies.
Article 3: Review the application and correct errors
The candidate is provided with the means to review the data, price and plan and correct input errors before final acceptance. A clear summary is displayed before sending.
Article 4: Express acceptance
The box is not pre-checked. Acceptance must be linked to a numbered copy of the contract and policies. Simply browsing the site or opening a message is not considered acceptance of the contract.
Article 5: Electronic means of proof
Acceptance can be documented by a clear field, a verification code, an in-account confirmation, or an appropriate electronic signature. And it is preserved:
- The identity of the owner of the transaction, to the extent appropriate;
- Date and time;
- Accepted version;
- Program, price and currency;
- Means of acceptance;
- Record the sending of a copy of the contract.
Any procedure is qualified as a qualified electronic signature only when its legal and technical requirements are met.
Article 6: Copy of the contract
A saveable and printable copy will be sent as soon as the registration is confirmed or within the shorter legal period. The copy remains available within the account as long as the platform allows it.
Article 7: Payment and registration
No amount will be deducted before the final price is quoted and proper approval is obtained. The offer specifies whether fixing the registration requires full performance, a down payment, or another arrangement. A receipt is issued according to POL-03.
Article 8: Conditional registration
If a declared condition remains, its type, duration, and the effect of not completing it shall be clarified. The conditional registration is not presented as final, and a unit that requires a condition that has not been met is not opened.
Article 9: Minor or incapacitated person
Take into account POL-07 and applicable law. The consent of the guardian or legal representative is requested when necessary, keeping the required data to a minimum.
Article 10: Account activation
Activation takes place after installing the necessary registration and verification. It applies to identity and account POL-23, and to distance education POL-12. Creating an internal number does not prove government accreditation or professional status.
Article 11: Unable to activate or system error
If performance is completed and confirmation or access is not received, the trainee keeps proof of the operation and contacts support. The Academy verifies that it is not loaded due to an established internal error, and corrects the condition, provides a replacement, or applies POL-05.
Article 12: Refusal to register after the performance
If the registration cannot be confirmed for a reason attributed to the academy or if a condition that was not clearly announced was not met, the discount will be canceled or the amount due will be returned in accordance with POL-05 without unlawful deduction.
Article 13: Fundamental change before the beginning
Any fundamental change in the program, price, issuer, or start date before activation is presented to the candidate for express acceptance or rejection, with the application of his rights of cancellation and refund.
Article 14: Records and Privacy
Acceptance and performance records and accepted copies are subject to POL-20, and access to them is limited to those whose duties require it.
Article 15: Dispute over acceptance
When in dispute, review the displayed copy, acceptance record, confirmation, and receipt. A final decision will not be based exclusively on a single technical record if the account holder provides reasonable contrary evidence.
Article 16: Communication and Update
Direct inquiries to [email protected]. A subsequent update does not apply retrospectively to a fixed price or right, unless it is more protective or imposed by a mandatory rule.
