Article 2: Field of application
This policy applies to requests to access the training programmes, units, courses and preparatory tracks offered by ASMH Afrique in person, remotely or in a blended format.
The special conditions published on each program page remain an integral part of this policy, provided that they do not violate the mandatory rights or detract from the information previously confirmed to the candidate in writing.
Article 3: Principles of acceptance
The admission procedure is based on the following principles:
- Clarity of conditions before submitting the application or paying any fee.
- Apply the same standards to identical files.
- Taking into account the difference in educational systems and documents between African countries.
- No unjustified discrimination.
- Do not request documents that are not directly related to the eligibility study.
- Giving the candidate a reasonable opportunity to complete correctable deficiencies.
- Distinguish between admission to training and official recognition or professional licensing.
- Protection of minors and groups who need special arrangements.
- Providing human review of influential decisions.
Article 4: Relationship with other policies
This policy is read in conjunction with:
- Policy for selling training services and digital content.
- Prices, fees, currencies and taxes policy.
- Performance, billing and receipts policy.

- Policy of discounts, offers, scholarships and educational aid.

Article 5: Definitions
The following terms are meant:
- Candidate: Every person who submits an application to enroll in a program, unit, or track.
- Acceptance: A written decision allowing the completion of registration in a specific program according to announced conditions.
- Conditional acceptance: An acceptance whose final activation depends on the completion of a specific document, test, or requirement within a specified period.
- Registration: Confirming the candidate’s seat after completing the admission procedures and financial and administrative conditions.
- Preparatory track: Preliminary training that helps to acquire the necessary skills or knowledge, and does not in itself constitute final acceptance into a diploma program.
- Internal equivalence: An administrative or pedagogical estimate of the level of a foreign document for the purpose of acceptance only, and does not represent an equivalence issued by a public authority.
- Previous learning: Knowledge or skills acquired through previous study, experience, or training and can be evaluated for the purposes of exemption or placement.
- Legal representative: The guardian, guardian, or anyone legally proven to have the authority to represent the person concerned.
Article 6: Nature of acceptance
Admission is a decision specific to a specific programme, course and start date, and does not automatically transfer to another program or subsequent course.
Acceptance alone does not mean:
- Guaranteeing success or obtaining a graduation certificate.
- Guaranteeing a job, income, or field training with a third party.
- Granting a visa, residence, or immigration right.
- Equivalency of a previous or subsequent certificate from a government agency.
- Granting a license to practice a health profession or using a protected professional title.
- Exemption from the conditions of the country in which the trainee wishes to work.
Article 7: Statement of the nature of the program and document
Before submitting an application, the program page clearly states:
- The name of the program and its internal classification.
- Its duration, hours, units, and mode of delivery.
- Its access conditions.
- The language or languages of study and evaluation.
- The nature of the completion document, certificate, or diploma that can be delivered.
- The entity issuing the document.
- Regulatory status, accreditation or recognition, if any, and its precise scope.
- Whether the program qualifies for cognitive or professional skills without automatically granting a license to practice a regulated activity. The acceptance decision shall not use a description that suggests an unsubstantiated acknowledgment or accreditation in an official, verifiable document.
Article 8: General minimum for diplomatic admission
Regular admission to ASMH Afrique's long-term diploma programs requires a final baccalaureate or high school diploma qualifying for post-secondary education in the country of issuance, or a document accepted as equivalent for the purpose of admission.
This condition must be visible on the program page before the application begins.
Merely passing a short course or an internal exam does not automatically provide an alternative to the baccalaureate for admission to a program that requires it.
Article 9: Advanced programs and progression requirements
In addition to the baccalaureate or its equivalent, advanced programs may require:
- A diploma or previous training in a related field.
- Completion of specific foundation units.
- A minimum of demonstrable professional experience.
- Interview or aptitude test.
- Portfolio or case study.
- Appropriate linguistic level. The exact requirements and order of previous units are stated for each program, and no previous requirement may be skipped except by a written pedagogical decision based on a documented evaluation.
Article 10: Short courses and continuing training
Some short or awareness courses or continuing education units may be opened for those who do not have a baccalaureate, if their announcement stipulates that.
It is stated before registration that enrollment in these courses:
- It does not equal acceptance into a long-term diploma program.
- The certificate of participation or completion does not convert into a diploma.
- It does not grant the right to automatically move to a higher level.
- It does not remove the baccalaureate requirement where it is required.
Article 11: Candidates who do not have a baccalaureate degree
A candidate who does not have a baccalaureate can be directed to one of the available options, according to his file:
- Independent preparatory course.
- Orientation or placement test.
- Foundation courses or open modules.
- Completion of a high school diploma or acceptable external qualification.
- Re-nomination after fulfilling the condition. He will not be granted final acceptance into a diploma program that requires a baccalaureate until he submits an acceptable document proving that the condition is met.
Article 12: Regular admission age
For regular admission into diplomatic and vocational programs, the candidate must have completed eighteen Gregorian years of age at the start date of the program.
This limit is based on the legal age of majority approved in Morocco, taking into account any more protective mandatory rule that applies to the candidate in his country of residence.
Article 13: Candidates between 16 and 17 years old
Only those who have completed the age of sixteen but have not yet reached the age of eighteen may be accepted into a preparatory, awareness-raising, or non-vocational course designed for this category and whose announcement explicitly stipulates the admission of minors, after:
- Written approval from the legal representative.
- Reasonable verification of the representative’s identity and capacity.
- Provide him with the program conditions, fees, and withdrawal policy.
- Determine the permitted means of communication with a minor.
- Exclude any activity that is not appropriate for his age or exposes him to professional or health responsibility. The minor shall not participate in training that includes receiving beneficiaries, collecting their health data, providing treatment recommendations, or clinical or para-clinical practice.
Article 14: Those under 16 years of age
ASMH Afrique does not accept anyone under the age of sixteen in its general or vocational programmes.
It is not permissible to open an activity for this category unless it is an independent educational program designed for children or adolescents, and is accompanied by guarantees of protection, approval of the legal representative, and special conditions published before registration.
Article 15: There is no maximum age limit
ASMH Afrique does not have a general maximum age.
The adult candidate is evaluated on the basis of the program conditions and his readiness and ability to fulfill its requirements, not on the basis of his age alone.
Article 16: Capacity to contract and perform on behalf of others
The adult candidate concludes the registration contract in his name, and another person may pay the fees on his behalf without thereby acquiring the status of a trainee or the right to control his academic file. When the beneficiary is a minor in a permitted program, the legal representative agrees to the contract and financial terms, while preserving the rights and privacy of the minor in accordance with the law.
Article 17: Conditions of safety and suitability
Some applied activities may require specific functional capacity or safety arrangements, provided that they are directly related to educational outcomes and are not used to arbitrarily exclude a candidate.
ASMH Afrique first looks for a reasonable accommodation that will enable the candidate to participate safely. Detailed health data is only requested when necessary and to a minimum extent, in accordance with appropriate legal guarantees.
Article 18: Linguistic requirements
The language of study and assessment is specified on each program page.
Linguistic level may be proven by:
- A previous educational certificate in the required language.
- Acceptable language certificate.
- Placement test provided by ASMH Afrique or a third party.
- An interview or short written assignment.
If the level is insufficient, language support or conditional admission may be offered, with no guarantee of success unless the candidate meets the program requirements.
Article 19: Digital skills and distance learning
For distance or blended programmes, the candidate must have a minimum ability to:
- Using e-mail and the study platform.
- Open files and upload assignments.
- Participate in digital assessments.
- Protect login data.
- Access to a suitable device and connection according to published specifications.
A technical test or introductory guide may be provided prior to registration, and reasonable alternatives are offered where the obstacle is resolvable.
Article 20: Aptitude or orientation test
An aptitude or orientation test may be organized when it is necessary to determine the starting level or suitability of the route.
It is explained to the candidate before the test:
- Is the test mandatory or indicative?
- The skills it measures.
- Method of calculating the result.
- Minimum requirements, if any.
- Possibility of retesting.
- The impact of the result on the admission decision.
- Any associated fees and refund policy.
A stated orientation test as such is not used as the sole reason for final rejection.
Article 21: Interview
A short interview may be requested for programs that require verification of motivation, aptitude, or understanding of professional boundaries.
The interview is conducted according to pre-determined evaluation elements, and the candidate may request an appropriate arrangement due to language, disability, or technical difficulty.
Article 22: Candidacy file
Depending on the program, the nomination file may include:
- Completed application form.
- A valid identity document or acceptable identification document.
- A personal photo when administratively necessary.
- Baccalaureate degree or its equivalent.
- Certificates, transcripts, or previous unit data.
- CV for advanced programs.
- Motivation letter or brief answers.
- Proof of linguistic level when required.
- Documents of previous experience or training.
- Consent of the legal representative when accepting a minor into an approved program.
Mandatory documents are specified before submitting the application, and a sensitive document is not requested just in case.
Article 23: Documents issued outside Morocco
Clear digital copies of foreign documents are initially accepted, and may be requested:
- Translation into Arabic, French or English.
- An official statement explaining the level of qualification.
- Additional certification or verification when there is reasonable cause.
- A verifiable copy from the issuing authority.
The difficulty of obtaining some documents in situations of displacement, crises, or institutional disruption is taken into account, and alternative means of proof are considered without reducing basic program requirements.
Article 24: Internal equation for acceptance
ASMH Afrique may estimate the level of a foreign certificate for internal admission purposes only, based on its duration, level, access conditions and issuing body.
This process is not considered an official equivalency decision, and does not bind a university, ministry, professional body, or employer inside or outside Morocco.
If an official equivalence is legally required for a particular program or activity, the candidate will be informed of this prior to registration and the responsibility for obtaining it will remain specified in writing.
Article 25: Verification of documents
Documents may be verified via:
- Official verification code or link.
- Correspondence to the issuing authority with the approval of the candidate or according to an appropriate legal basis.
- Request a clearer copy, statement, or translation.
- Compare the data contained in the application.
- Verification interview when there is an influential conflict.
The file will not be rejected due to a slight difference in the writing of the name or translation before the candidate is able to clarify it.
Article 26: Incorrect information or documents
If conflicting information or a questionable document appears, the candidate will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or correction.
If it is proven after verification that an effective document is forged or that essential information was deliberately provided incorrectly, the application may be rejected or acceptance or registration withdrawn, with the reason stated in writing and the refund policy applied to the amounts paid according to the stage and service performed.
Material errors, misunderstandings, or differences in terminology between educational systems are not treated as fraud.
Article 27: Previous learning and experience
The candidate may request an assessment of his previous learning or experience for the purposes of:
- Exemption from a specific unit.
- Determine the appropriate level.
- Accepting a substitute into a program that expressly allows this.
- Reduce repetition of previously mastered content. Assessment is based on evidence and comparable learning outcomes, and may include a test, portfolio or interview.
Experience alone does not provide an alternative to the baccalaureate in the programs that require it, and the internal equation does not automatically lead to the delivery of a full diploma without meeting the published minimum amount of study and evaluation.
Article 28: Exemption from units
If an exemption is accepted, the candidate shall be informed in writing of:
- Exempt units.
- The remaining units.
- The effect of the exemption on the period and fees.
- How it appears in the academic record.
- The validity period of the decision.
An exemption with a financial impact is not applied before the candidate accepts it and updates his application summary.
Article 29: Reasonable Arrangements and Access
A candidate may request reasonable accommodations due to a disability, learning difficulty, health condition, or documented technical impediment, including extending the time of the admission test, providing an accessible file format, or a suitable alternative to the interview. The application is considered confidentially and individually, and the candidate is not excluded simply for requesting the arrangement as long as he is able, with reasonable accommodation, to achieve the basic outcomes safely.
Article 30: Equality and non-discrimination
A candidate shall not be rejected on the basis of sex, colour, origin, nationality, language, religion, social status, disability or age once he meets the minimum requirement, except when a specific condition is objectively and legitimately linked to the nature of the program or announced support initiative.
Seats or support may be allocated to specific groups, countries or regions if this is declared and justified by a legitimate educational or social aim.
Article 31: Conflict of interest
No person who has a direct personal or financial relationship with the candidate that may affect impartiality is the only person to study the file or make a decision.
When a potential conflict arises, the file is referred to another reviewer or to the appropriate admission committee.
Article 32: Stages of submitting the application
According to the program, the procedure passes through the following stages:
- View the program page and terms.
- Create an account and fill out the application.
- Upload the required documents.
- Pay the file study fee if it is announced.
- Verify file completeness.
- Conduct a test or interview when needed.
- Issuance of the written decision.
- Accept the offer and complete the registration and performance.
- Activate the academic account on the specified date.
Creating an account or uploading a single document is not considered acceptance or final reservation of a seat.
Article 33: File study fees
If a fee is charged for studying the admission file, its value, function, and whether it is refundable must be stated before performance.
The fee is not offered as a guarantee of acceptance. If study of the file does not begin or the performance is repeated due to a technical error, the amount will be returned according to the refund policy.
Article 34: Incomplete file
The candidate will be notified of the missing elements and will be given an appropriate period to complete them.
If the deadline expires without completion, the application may be closed administratively without considering it an objective rejection, and it may be reopened or a new application may be submitted according to the available cycle.
Article 35: Deadlines for studying the application
The deadlines for each course are announced on the program page. If no special deadline is set, ASMH Afrique seeks to issue a decision or request for completion within fifteen working days from the date the file is completed.
When external verification or additional evaluation is required, the candidate will be informed of the reason for the delay and the new estimated period.
Article 36: Types of decisions
The request may end in one of the following decisions:
- Final acceptance.
- Conditional acceptance.
- Place on the waiting list.
- Propose an alternative program or level.
- Request additional information or evaluation.
- Postponing the decision to a later session with the approval of the candidate.
- Reasoned rejection.
The decision is sent via the account or official mail and saved in the application record.
Article 37: Acceptance letter
The acceptance letter states at a minimum:
- Name of the candidate and the program.
- Course and start date.
- Type of acceptance and conditions.
- Offer validity period.
- Fees or link to the approved financial summary.
- Remaining documents or steps.
- The nature of the completion document and the declared organizational status of the program.
- The means of accepting the offer or requesting clarification. The candidate is not required to pay an amount that does not appear in a financial summary that can be saved before confirmation.
Article 38: Conditional acceptance
Conditional admission is limited to specific, completeable requirements, such as:
- Submitting the final copy of the awaited certificate.
- Passing a language level.
- Completion of a foundation unit.
- Submit a translation or verification document.
- Completing a project administrative arrangement.
The letter specifies the condition, its term, and the effect of not fulfilling it. Conditional acceptance does not become final except with written notice.
Article 39: Waiting list
If seats are filled, the qualified candidate may be placed on a waiting list with a statement:
- Listing does not guarantee a seat.
- Approximate waiting time.
- How to arrange files.
- Expiry date of the regulation.
- Place any amount paid.
You are not required to pay the full fee simply to remain on the waiting list. Any refundable amount will be returned if a seat is not offered according to the announced conditions.
Article 40: Rejection of the application
The rejection is based on a reason related to published criteria, such as failure to meet a level or previous requirement, failure to complete an essential condition, or proving the invalidity of an influential document.
The candidate will be informed of an understandable reason without revealing information about other candidates, and it will be made clear to him whether he can re-nominate, enter an alternative path, or request a review.
Article 41: Failure to make a final rejection automatically
Digital tools can be used to organize files, detect deficiencies, or assist the admissions team, but no effective final rejection is issued based exclusively on automated processing without the possibility of human review.
The candidate has the right to request correction of inaccurate data that affected the decision.
Article 42: Acceptance of the offer and installation of the seat
The seat is confirmed after completing the steps specified in the acceptance letter within the term, which may include:
- Acceptance of terms and policies.
- Submit final documents.
- Choose a performance plan.
- Pay the required amount to install the registration.
- Identity verification when needed. If the offer has expired, the seat will not be canceled without proper notice whenever communication is possible, and a short extension may be requested subject to seat availability.
Article 43: Postponement
An accepted student may request a postponement of the start before the start of the program. The request will be considered according to:
- Availability of a subsequent course.
- The required postponement period.
- Validity of documents and program requirements.
- Change of fees or curriculum.
- Grant or reduction status.
Postponement will only be implemented with written confirmation stating the new fees, balances and conditions.
Article 44: Changing the program
Acceptance does not automatically transfer to another program.
When a change is requested, the terms of the new program will be re-checked and the candidate will be informed of the difference in fees, duration, requirements and impact of previous modules before approval.
Article 45: Cancellation of acceptance by ASMH Afrique
Admission may be canceled before the start if:
- It was proven that a declared essential condition was not met.
- It was proven that a significant document was forged after a fair verification procedure.
- The program could not be offered or was cancelled.
- A fundamental administrative error was found that could not be corrected without changing the nature of the offer. The reason and available solutions shall be stated in writing. If the cancellation is due to ASMH Afrique or to failure to provide the program, the candidate will be refunded what he actually paid in accordance with the financial policy, without charging him the cost of a service that was not implemented.
Article 46: Previous conduct or professional status
A disciplinary or criminal record is not required unless it is necessary and proportionately related to field training or a specific legal obligation, and after the candidate is informed of the purpose, basis, and method of treatment.
The presence of a previous incident does not lead to an automatic rejection; Rather, their nature, novelty, and direct relevance to safety or program requirements are taken into account, with the candidate being given an opportunity to explain.
Article 47: Limits of training in the fields of health
Admission to a program related to holistic or complementary medicine, nutrition, or wellness does not transform the candidate into a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or regulated health professional, nor does it give him or her the right to diagnose, prescribe medications, discontinue medical treatment, or practice an act reserved by law for a regulated profession. The trainee undertakes to respect the limits of training and safety rules, to refer to licensed professionals, and to verify the laws of the country in which he wishes to work.
Article 48: Field training and external parties
Training with a third party may be subject to additional legitimate requirements, such as insurance, vaccination, safety rules, confidentiality, or identity verification.
The known conditions are announced before registration whenever the training is mandatory. If the host introduces a subsequent condition, ASMH Afrique will look for a reasonable alternative or suitable academic solution without guaranteeing the availability of every external site.
Article 49: Protection of candidates’ data
Acceptance data is collected for necessary purposes, including:
- Verify identity and eligibility.
- Study the file and issue the decision.
- Communication, registration and billing.
- Provide the required access arrangements.
- Record keeping and compliance with legal obligations. The principles of legality, transparency, data minimization, security and retention period limitation apply. Data of minors and health or sensitive data are subject to additional safeguards and may not be used for independent marketing purposes without appropriate basis and consent.
Article 50: Communication with the legal representative
When the candidate is a minor in a program that allows this, basic contractual and financial information is sent to the legal representative, while respecting the minor’s right to privacy that is appropriate to his age and the nature of the service.
After the trainee reaches the age of majority, access to his account and file will be reviewed and third parties will not continue to access them except with his consent or under a legal basis.
Article 51: Applicants from other African countries
When evaluating files, take into account:
- Different names of certificates and durations of study.
- Multiple official languages and teaching languages.
- Different scoring and documentation systems.
- Verification is broken in some areas.
- The most protective mandatory local requirements. Acceptance of the document for internal enrollment does not mean that it is automatically recognized by the authorities of the candidate’s country, nor does completion of the program mean exemption from any professional registration or local license.
Article 52: The candidate’s responsibility for local professional information
Before enrolling in a program aimed at practicing a professional activity, the candidate is advised to check:
- Whether the activity is regulated in the country of residence or work.
- Protected professional titles.
- Licensing, registration or insurance requirements.
- Scope of permitted works.
- Conditions for accepting foreign or private certificates.
ASMH Afrique clearly provides the general information available to it, but it does not replace the competent regulatory authority nor guarantee its decision.
Article 53: Request to review the admission decision
The candidate may request a review of the decision within ten working days from the date of receipt if his request is based on:
- An error in the approved data or documents.
- Failure to apply a published condition correctly.
- A supplementary document with direct effect was not available for a reasonable reason.
- A need to interpret the result of a test or interview.
- Allegation of discrimination or conflict of interest.
The request will be reviewed by a person who was not alone in the first decision whenever possible, and a reasoned response will be sent within fifteen working days of the review request being completed.
Article 54: Complaints
A complaint regarding the procedure, communication, fees or data protection can be submitted via official mail.
ASMH Afrique confirms receipt within two business days, and provides an answer or update within a period appropriate to the nature of the complaint. Submitting a complaint in good faith does not negatively affect the file.
Article 55: Application in Morocco and Africa
Applications for admission from Morocco are managed in accordance with applicable Moroccan rules, including rules on legal capacity, pre-contractual information and data protection.
For candidates residing in other African countries, the most protective mandatory local provisions remain reserved when applicable.
When there is a conflict that legally prevents the provision of a program or activity in a particular country, admission to that country can be restricted, explaining the reason and available solutions.
Article 56: Updating admission conditions
Admission requirements may be updated for future courses due to curriculum development, safety requirements or regulatory change.
A new condition shall not be applied retroactively to a candidate who has obtained final acceptance and fulfilled its conditions, unless the change is in his favor or required by a mandatory rule, in which case he shall be informed of the available solutions.
Article 57: Acceptance of the policy
Before submitting the nomination application, the following text or what it means will appear:
“I have read the admission policy and the eligibility and age requirements of ASMH Afrique, and I understand the program conditions and the nature and limits of admission, and that acceptance does not in itself constitute a professional license or government recognition unless this is explicitly stated in an official, verifiable document.”
The accepted copy of the policy, its issue number and date of acceptance are kept with the application record.
