Article 9: Method of calculating the reduction
The discount is calculated according to the formula shown in the advertisement:
- If the discount is a percentage, the percentage is applied to the amount specified in the offer.
- If it is a fixed amount, the amount is deducted once from the included fees.
- If it relates to a specific unit or stage of study, it does not automatically extend to the rest of the program.
- If there is a maximum reduction limit, it is clearly announced.
The discount does not apply to other fees unless expressly stated in the offer.
Article 10: Currency and Conversion

When paying in another currency, the final amount shown in the payment instrument will be approved, including any conversion costs declared before confirmation.

Article 15: Equality and non-discrimination
Requests are considered respectfully and objectively, without undue discrimination. Some initiatives may be allocated to a specific group, region, country, or social situation when this is a clear part of the goal of support and announced from the beginning.
Article 16: Grant or assistance application documents
Only documents necessary to assess eligibility are required, such as:
- Identity document.
- Proof of academic level or experience.
- Motivation letter.
- A brief document proving financial or social status when needed.

Clear digital copies may be accepted, and originals of documents are requested only where there is a justified need for verification.
Article 17: Submitting the application
The application for scholarship or assistance shall be submitted through the form or official mail specified in the advertisement.
The candidate must receive confirmation of receipt of his application within two working days whenever the application is individual and technically complete.
Article 18: Grant application fees
No separate fees are charged simply for requesting a scholarship or scholarship. If the program includes regular fees for studying the admission file, they must be stated separately before submitting the application, indicating whether they are included in the scholarship or not.
Article 19: Incomplete file
If the file is incomplete, ASMH Afrique will contact the candidate, clarify the required elements, and give him an appropriate deadline to complete them.
The application shall not be rejected due to a correctable deficiency before the candidate is given a reasonable opportunity to complete.
Article 20: Study of applications
Files are studied according to published standards, and the study may include:
- Verify that the conditions are met.
- Evaluate the path or motivation letter.
- Estimating financial or social need.
- Taking into account the number of seats and the available budget.
- Conduct a short interview if the ad stipulates it.
Sending the application does not guarantee obtaining the scholarship, but it guarantees that it will be studied according to the announced standards once it is complete.

The decision shall be communicated in writing, and shall state upon acceptance:
- Beneficiary name.
- Program included.
- Feature type and value.

Article 22: Full and partial scholarship
The full scholarship is intended to cover the entire tuition fee specified in the benefit letter.
It does not automatically include file study fees, special examinations, additional documents, submissions, or optional resources, unless the letter explicitly states that they are included.
As for the partial grant, its amount or percentage and the amount remaining for the beneficiary are clearly stated.
Article 23: Acceptance and activation of the grant
The grant is activated after:
- Issuance of a benefit letter.
- The candidate accepts the associated conditions.
- Completing the registration procedures within the specified period.
- Pay the remaining amount or choose an approved performance plan, if available.
The beneficiary is not required to pay an amount not indicated in the benefit letter or final registration page.
Article 24: Expiry of the decision
If the beneficiary does not complete registration within the specified period, ASMH Afrique will contact him before reallocating the grant, whenever possible.
A short extension may be requested when there is a reasonable academic, financial, or technical reason. The request is considered according to the available seats and deadlines.
Article 25: Combining advantages
Discounts or grants are not automatically collected.
Each symptom indicates whether:
- Can be combined with another offer;
- Or combinable with an installment plan;
- Or not combinable with any additional feature.
If combination is permitted, the order in which benefits will be applied will be made clear before enrollment is confirmed.
Article 26: Relationship to performance plans
A discount or partial grant can be availed with a performance plan if the terms of the offer allow it.
The remaining amount after applying the feature is divided according to the approved installment schedule, without counting the value of the grant among the amounts to be paid.
Article 27: Changing or postponing the program
The scholarship or assistance does not automatically transfer to another program or subsequent course.
The beneficiary can request its transfer or postponement, and the request is studied according to:
- The nature of the grant.
- Availability of the new program.
- Fee difference.
- Duration of postponement.
- Available seats and budget.
The decision shall be communicated in writing before any financial change is made.
Article 28: Continuation or renewal of the grant
If the grant extends to more than one stage, the conditions for its continuation shall be stated from the beginning, and may include:
- Keep the registration active.
- Achieving reasonable academic progress.
- Participate in the required evaluations.
- Respect the rules of conduct and academic integrity.
- Submit a renewal application within the specified deadline.
These conditions are appropriate to the nature of the program, and support is not canceled retroactively for a period whose conditions have been met.
Article 29: Difficulties in academic progress
If the beneficiary encounters a difficulty that affects the application requirement, he or she will be given an opportunity to explain his or her situation and request appropriate support, time off, or a recovery plan before a decision is made regarding the continuation of the grant.
Reasonably proven health, family, technical or exceptional circumstances shall be taken into account.
Article 30: Change of personal status
The beneficiary is not required to return the value of a valid grant due to a subsequent improvement in his financial or social situation. If the grant is renewable, the new status can be taken into consideration for the subsequent period only, after the beneficiary is notified and given an opportunity to explain.
Article 31: The personal nature of the advantage
The benefit is granted to the beneficiary identified in the decision and may not be transferred to another person, unless the offer expressly stipulates transferability.
The name or administrative data may be corrected when there is a proven material error.
Article 32: Not converting the grant into cash
The value of the grant or discount does not represent a cash amount due to the beneficiary, and it cannot be requested to be disbursed or transferred to a financial balance outside ASMH Afrique services.
The beneficiary still has the right to recover the amounts he actually paid if the recovery conditions are met.
Article 33: Retraction, withdrawal and recovery
When retreating or withdrawing:
- The refund is calculated based on the amount actually paid by the beneficiary.
- The value of the grant or discount is not added to the refund amount.
- Discounts are distributed proportionately among the units covered.
- Units redeemed at full price will not be retroactively recalculated.
- Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy No. ASMH-AFRIQUE-POL-05 applies.
Article 34: Modifying or canceling the program
If the program is canceled before it begins, the beneficiary will be refunded the full amount he or she actually paid, and may be offered to transfer the grant to a suitable program with his or her approval.
If a fundamental change occurs after the beginning, the beneficiary is given a clear choice between possible solutions, including continuation, transfer, or recovery, according to the service implemented and the approved policies.
The value of the grant itself is not disbursed in cash.
Article 35: Amendment of the offer
An offer that has not yet begun may be amended if necessary, provided that the amendment is clearly posted.
The amendment does not affect a benefit previously confirmed in writing for a beneficiary who has fulfilled its conditions, unless the change is in his favor or approved by him.
When there is a clear material error in an advertisement, it is quickly corrected and those affected are notified, while enabling those who paid an amount based on it to choose between the correct conditions or recover what they paid.
Article 36: Inaccurate information
If inaccurate information appears in the application, the candidate is asked to clarify or correct it before a final decision is made.
If it is proven that influential information was provided intentionally incorrectly, the benefit can be re-examined after informing the person concerned of the reasons and giving him an opportunity to respond.
Good faith, minor errors, and administrative differences between African countries are taken into account.
Article 37: Protection of information
Financial and social information is used only to:
- Study the support request.
- Necessary verification of eligibility.
- Communicate the decision.
- Maintaining the necessary administrative and financial record.
The names of beneficiaries, their circumstances, or the value of their assistance are not published for communication purposes without appropriate approval.
Article 38: Neutrality and conflicts of interest
A person who has a direct personal relationship with the candidate may not be alone in making the award decision.
When a potential conflict arises, the file is referred to another person or for additional review to ensure impartiality.
Article 39: Access and assistance in candidacy
A candidate experiencing technical or linguistic difficulty or an accessibility need may request reasonable assistance to complete the application.
Requesting this assistance does not negatively affect the eligibility assessment.
Article 40: Deadlines for decisions
The schedule for examining applications is announced with each group grant.
If no specific deadline is set, ASMH Afrique seeks to issue a decision within fifteen working days from the date the file is completed.
When additional time is needed, the candidate will be informed of the status of his application and the remaining estimated period.
Article 41: Request for review
The candidate may request a review of the decision within ten working days from the date of its receipt, especially when:
- The presence of information that was not taken into account.
- An error occurred in calculating the entitlement.
- Failure to apply a published condition correctly.
- Provide a complementary document with direct impact.
The request will be reviewed by a person who was not alone in the first decision whenever possible, and a reasoned response will be sent within fifteen working days of the completion of the review request.
Article 42: Complaints and inquiries
Any inquiry or comment regarding an offer or grant can be sent via official mail.
ASMH Afrique confirms receipt of the complaint within two business days, then provides an answer or update on its status within a period appropriate to its nature.
Submitting a complaint or requesting a review in good faith does not negatively affect the file of the candidate or trainee.
Article 43: Application in Morocco and Africa
Services issued from Morocco are managed in accordance with applicable Moroccan rules, including the principles of clear information and the protection of the economic interests of the beneficiary.
For beneficiaries residing in other African countries, the most protective mandatory domestic provisions, where applicable, remain reserved.
If an offer is tailored to specific countries, the countries included are explicitly stated, and it is not assumed that it will automatically extend to all African countries.
Article 44: Policy Update
This policy may be updated to improve clarity, keep pace with regulatory requirements, or develop services. The version number and effective date are published, and an update does not degrade a feature previously confirmed in writing, unless the beneficiary agrees or a mandatory rule imposes otherwise.
