Article 4: Nature and limits of the activity
The declared activity is online continuing education. The company’s registration and the word “Ontario” in its legal name do not constitute government accreditation of a particular programme, automatic academic recognition, or authorisation to practise a regulated health profession.
Before payment, each programme page and enrolment contract state the nature of the programme, the delivering party, the document issuer, its duration, price, and the conditions for obtaining a certificate or diploma.
Article 5: Hosting and technical services
The website, portals and learning platform are operated by the academy and contracted technical service providers. Data processing, hosting and transfer are governed by the POL-20 Privacy Policy and by the internal provider controls in the applicable internal control.
No hosting provider or processing country is presented as exclusive or permanent unless it has been checked against the actual technical architecture and current contracts.
