- Version:

- Intended audiences:
- Visitor, candidate, trainee, graduate, teacher, and training service provider
Article 1: Objective
The policy explains the limits of health-related programmes, trainee responsibilities, how examples and cases are presented, and the prevention of misleading professional claims.
Article 2: Nature of content
Content may explain principles, research, history, practices, or tools. It does not replace a licensed professional evaluation, and is not designed to make a treatment decision about a specific person.
Article 3: Emergency
Do not use the platform or tutor for emergency service. In the event of an urgent health risk, a person contacts emergency services or a licensed health professional in his or her country.
Article 4: Failure to diagnose or describe
The teacher or trainee on behalf of the Academy does not provide a diagnosis to a real person, request the discontinuation of a medication, prescribe a dose or treatment, or guarantee a health outcome. The examples are presented in a general educational format.
Article 5: Regulated professions
Codes of practice and titles vary from country to country. It is the trainee's responsibility to verify with the relevant ministry, authority, or union before using the document professionally. A partnership or commercial registration is not equivalent to a license to practice.
Article 6: Description of the program and document
POL-19 shows the issuing entity and document status. It is prohibited to use the terms “physician,” “licensed therapist,” “government accreditation,” or the like without explicit authority specific to the person, program, and country.
Article 7: Practical applications
If the program includes simulation or practical training, the limits of supervision, safety, and permitted tools are specified. An intervention on a real person is only carried out within an appropriate legal and professional framework, supervision and valid consent.
Article 8: Health cases and data
Anonymous or artificial situations are used whenever possible. It is prohibited to upload a patient’s file, photo, test results or information without proper basis, approval and guarantees, and POL-20 applies.
Article 9: Evidence and references
The content seeks to distinguish between scientific evidence, opinion, conventional practice, and hypothesis. The history of the source and the limits of knowledge are stated, and preliminary results or personal experiences are not presented as guaranteed fact.
Article 10: Claims and Warranties
It is prohibited to claim that a program or educational technology guarantees cure, prevention, or treatment of a disease, or that its completion guarantees employment, licensing, or acceptance by a health authority.
Article 11: Products and Services
If a product is mentioned, state the educational purpose and any conflicts of interest. The share does not turn into a hidden sale, and the teacher does not receive an undisclosed benefit in exchange for a recommendation.
Article 12: Health artificial intelligence
Do not enter real health data into a public tool. The AI output is not intended for diagnosis or treatment, and references and errors must be checked according to POL-15.
Article 13: The teacher’s responsibility
He adheres to the limits of his competence, corrects the fundamental error discovered, distinguishes education from individual advice, and reports a clear safety risk in the content.
Article 14: The trainee’s responsibility
He does not test a procedure that is dangerous to himself or others, does not present himself as a representative of the academy, does not use materials for illegal practice, and checks the rules of his country.
Article 15: Reporting and Correction
A dangerous health information or misleading claim may be reported. The material will be reviewed by a qualified person, may be temporarily suspended, and a correction will be posted to those affected if the error is material.
Article 16: Complaint
POL-18 applies to complaints, without preventing reporting to a competent health or professional authority.
Article 17: Acceptance
The prominent notice appears prior to enrollment in a health program, and its acceptance is preserved in the copy of the contract without relieving the Academy of its duty of accuracy or integrity.
Article 18: Communication
Inquiries or reports to [email protected].
