- Accept all;
- reject the unnecessary with equal ease;
- Customize categories; -See details.
Unnecessary boxes are not pre-checked, and public content is not blocked simply to deny unnecessary tracking.
Article 4: Record the check
The choice, a copy of the notice and its date shall be preserved to the extent necessary to prove it, and the approval request shall be repeated when there is a fundamental change in the purposes or after an appropriate period.
Article 5: Tools table
The Academy must publish in the preferences tool an updated table showing, for each physical tool:
| field | Required statement |
|---|---|
| Name | File or tool name |
| Provider | Academy or third party |
| Purpose | Specific and clear function |
| Category | Necessary, preferences, measurement, or marketing |
| Duration | A specific session or maximum duration |
| scope | The site or service you place |
| Transportation | Country of processing or provider information link where applicable |
It is not permissible to include virtual names for non-combined tools or hide an actual tool.
Article 6: Third Parties
The Academy reviews the provider, purpose and data before installation. The tool prevents access to account pages, performance or health data except for a proven need and appropriate guarantees.
Article 7: Manage choices
Consent can be changed at any time from a permanent link named “Cookie Settings”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing, and stops future unnecessary tools.
Article 8: Browser settings
The user can delete or block files from the browser, but disabling the necessary files may prevent login or security. Browser settings do not provide an alternative to a clear decline button when consent is required.
Article 9: Do Not Track
Shows the actual technical setup for handling privacy signals supported by the site. The Academy does not claim to support a particular signal before it is implemented and tested.
Article 10: Data and retention
Applies POL-20 to identifiers and associated data. Short and proportionate periods are used, and anonymization or data collection are used whenever this is achieved.
Article 11: Update and communication
The policy and tools table are updated before a new technology is activated. For inquiries: [email protected].
