ASMH Africa
- Document code:
- ASMH-AFRIQUE-POL-02
- Version:
- 1.0
- Effective date:
- 16 August 2026
- Geographic scope:
- Kingdom of Morocco and African countries
- Intended audiences:
- Visitors, applicants, trainees and anyone paying fees on behalf of a trainee
Preamble
ASMH Africa is fully transparent when presenting the prices of its programmes and services. Before making a payment, every visitor, applicant or trainee has the right to know the official price, what it includes and excludes, the applicable currency, the instalment plan, and any payable fees or taxes.
ASMH Africa does not add undisclosed fees after an order is confirmed. The total amount payable is displayed clearly before the user proceeds to payment.
Article 1: Purpose of the Policy
This Policy governs:
- how programme and unit prices are set;
- the official currency used;
- the display of estimated values in African currencies;
- the difference between package pricing and registration by unit;
- included and excluded fees;
- payment plans and instalments;
- applicable taxes;
- discounts and scholarships;
- price protection after confirmation;
- the correction of financial errors;
- the issue of receipts and invoices.
Article 2: Scope
This Policy applies to all amounts that may be shown to a visitor, applicant or trainee, including:
- full-programme fees;
- training-package fees;
- fees for individual units or subjects;
- application-file review fees;
- examination or additional-service fees;
- fees for retaking certain examinations, where applicable;
- fees for a paper copy or replacement document, where applicable;
- delivery fees when physical documents are requested;
- instalment payment plans;
- discounts, scholarships and study assistance;
- taxes or public charges required by law.
No amount is payable unless it was clearly displayed before the relevant service was confirmed.
Article 3: Pricing Principles
ASMH Africa applies the following principles:
- displaying prices visibly and legibly;
- using the Moroccan dirham as the official reference;
- stating the total price before payment;
- separating training fees from any additional service;
- explaining what each amount includes;
- applying no hidden fees;
- allowing applicants to compare payment options;
- protecting the price after registration is confirmed;
- issuing evidence for every payment;
- making no change to an amount without prior notice and consent;
- respecting the financial rights established in the beneficiary’s country.
Article 4: Official Currency
The official currency used to set ASMH Africa’s prices is:
Moroccan dirham — MAD
The amount stated in Moroccan dirhams is the reference amount when:
- preparing a registration offer;
- calculating instalments;
- issuing a receipt or invoice;
- applying a discount;
- calculating the amount paid or outstanding;
- processing a refund.
If a payment method enables direct settlement in another African currency, the following information is displayed before confirmation:
- the amount in that currency;
- the reference amount in Moroccan dirhams;
- the conversion rate or the date on which it was calculated, when available;
- the final amount to be paid.
Article 5: Displaying Prices in African Currencies
The website may provide a currency converter to help visitors estimate study costs in their country’s currency.
The values produced by the converter are approximate and indicative until the final amount appears on the payment page.
The final amount may differ slightly because of:
- exchange-rate movements;
- the conversion rate used by the bank;
- the time at which the transaction is processed;
- the currency used by the payment method;
- a separate conversion charge imposed by the bank or payment provider.
ASMH Africa does not add its own currency-exchange fee unless that fee is expressly shown in the order summary.
Article 6: Total Price
Before the user selects the final confirmation button, a financial summary shows the applicant or trainee:
- the name of the programme or service;
- the base price;
- the discount amount, if any;
- any additional fees payable;
- any applicable taxes;
- the amount of the current payment;
- the amount of the remaining instalments;
- the final total amount.
The amount shown under “Total payable” represents the amount due to ASMH Africa for the specified order.
No amount to which the payer has not agreed will be added to this total later.
Article 7: Full-Programme Fees
When a user registers for a full programme, the price offer states:
- the programme name;
- the estimated duration;
- the number of hours;
- the number of units or subjects;
- the number of credits, where applicable;
- the full programme price;
- the payment method;
- the period for which the offer is valid;
- what the price includes;
- what the price excludes.
The price of a full programme may be lower than the sum of the prices of its individual units because it is a special price for an integrated pathway.
This difference is shown to the applicant before they choose a registration method.
Article 8: Registration by Unit
Where ASMH Africa permits registration by unit, the following information is shown for each unit:
- its name and code;
- the number of hours;
- the number of credits, where applicable;
- its price;
- the prerequisites;
- the access period;
- its related examination or activity;
- the type of document the trainee receives after passing it, where applicable.
Each unit is priced at the rate in force on its registration date, unless the trainee has a written offer that guarantees a specified price for a full pathway.
The sum of the prices of individual units may differ from the price of the full package. This difference is displayed before the user makes a choice.
Article 9: Moving from Individual Units to a Full Package
If a trainee begins by registering for individual units and later wishes to move to the full package, ASMH Africa will:
- review the units that have been paid for and passed;
- identify the amounts eligible to be credited towards the package;
- prepare a clear financial statement;
- display the remaining price before confirmation;
- avoid charging twice for the same unit;
- allow the trainee to review the offer before accepting it.
The calculation is based on the offer available on the date the change is requested, unless the trainee has an earlier offer that remains valid.
Article 10: What Training Fees Include
The description of each programme separately states what its fees include. Depending on the nature of the programme, they may include:
- access to the learning platform;
- lessons and digital content;
- videos and educational resources;
- activities and simulations;
- standard examinations;
- basic academic guidance;
- progress monitoring;
- use of digital tools included in the programme;
- an electronic transcript;
- the principal completion document, if stated in the programme offer.
It must not be assumed that every item above is included in every programme. The information written on the programme page and in the registration summary applies.
Article 11: What Training Fees May Exclude
Some services may be separate from the base price, including:
- application-file review fees;
- an admission or placement test fee;
- an examination retake beyond the permitted number of attempts;
- additional copies of documents;
- a replacement document;
- certified translation;
- international delivery of paper documents;
- optional physical materials or tools;
- an additional service requested by the trainee after registration;
- a conversion or processing charge imposed separately by the bank.
An additional service becomes payable only after:
- its name has been stated;
- its price has been stated;
- its purpose has been explained;
- the payer has agreed to it.
Article 12: Application-File Review Fees
If reviewing an application file is subject to a separate fee, the following information is displayed before payment:
- the fee amount;
- the service provided in return;
- when the file review begins;
- whether the fee is included in the programme price;
- the conditions for refunding or not refunding the fee after the service has been performed.
Paying an application-file review fee does not mean that the applicant is automatically admitted.
The file-review fee does not become a tuition fee unless the written offer says so.
If no file-review fee appears on the application page or in the order summary, it may not be requested later for the same file.
Article 13: Payment Plans
ASMH Africa may offer one or more of the following options:
- payment in full as a single payment;
- payment in four instalments;
- another approved instalment plan for a specified programme;
- registration by unit;
- a plan linked to a scholarship or study assistance.
Before an instalment plan is accepted, the following information is displayed:
- the total price;
- the first-payment amount;
- the number of instalments;
- the amount of each instalment;
- the due date of each instalment;
- any difference between full and instalment payment;
- how long the price is protected;
- the date on which access begins.
Instalment payment is not presumed to increase the price. If it results in a financial difference, that difference must be displayed clearly before the user makes a choice.
Article 14: Price Protection
The price is protected once all the following have been completed:
- the applicant has been admitted, where admission is required;
- the final registration summary has been issued;
- the offer has been accepted during its validity period;
- the first or full payment has succeeded;
- an electronic confirmation has been sent.
After that, a general price update does not change the agreed total price for as long as the trainee continues to follow the approved payment plan.
If the trainee asks to change programmes or add a new service, the financial effect is shown before the change is confirmed.
Article 15: Validity Period of a Price Offer
A price offer may be valid for a limited period, particularly for:
- seasonal offers;
- discounts;
- scholarships;
- special campaigns;
- prices reserved for a specified cohort;
- temporary payment plans.
The offer’s expiry date is displayed clearly.
If it expires before confirmation, the applicant may request a new offer at the rate then in force without incurring any obligation.
Article 16: Taxes
The price presented to individuals is displayed as the amount due to ASMH Africa, together with its tax treatment where necessary.
When a tax is payable, it is either:
- included in the final price; or
- displayed separately in the order summary.
No new tax is added after the order is confirmed unless:
- the trainee chooses an additional service that is subject to it; or
- a new mandatory rule requires it to be applied to a future instalment that has not yet been paid.
The invoice or payment document states the price and taxes applied in accordance with the rules in force.
Article 17: Bank and Currency-Conversion Charges
Some banks or payment methods may impose separate charges, such as:
- an international transfer fee;
- a currency-conversion fee;
- a fee for using a card outside its country of issue;
- a local service fee.
ASMH Africa does not set these charges, and they are not included in the price unless expressly shown in the order summary.
ASMH Africa displays every fee that it charges directly. Separate bank charges are not considered training fees.
Before completing the transaction, the payer may ask their bank about conversion charges.
Article 18: Discounts
When a discount is offered, the following information is displayed:
- the original price;
- the value or percentage of the discount;
- the discounted price;
- the offer’s start and end dates;
- the programmes covered;
- the eligibility conditions;
- whether it can be combined with a scholarship or another offer.
A discount does not reduce the programme content or access period unless the offer concerns a different service and this is clearly explained.
The discounted price remains protected after the order is confirmed, subject to the terms of the offer.
Article 19: Scholarships and Study Assistance
A scholarship or study-assistance award is not acquired until a written decision has been issued stating:
- the value of the support;
- the period it covers;
- the programme covered;
- the amount remaining payable by the trainee;
- the payment plan;
- the conditions for continuing to receive the support;
- the items not covered by the scholarship.
If the scholarship is partial, the amount payable by the trainee is displayed before registration.
If it can be combined with an instalment plan, this is stated in the financial offer.
Article 20: Price Updates
ASMH Africa may update its prices because of:
- programme development;
- the addition of resources or services;
- a change in programme duration;
- changes in the cost of providing the service;
- an update to applicable taxes;
- the adoption of a new financial plan.
New prices apply only to future orders.
They do not affect a previously confirmed order unless the trainee requests a new change or moves to another programme.
Article 21: Pricing Errors
If a clear pricing error appears, ASMH Africa handles it transparently:
Before confirmation
The price is corrected and the applicant is given an opportunity to review their choice again.
After confirmation
The payer is contacted and offered one of the following solutions:
- keeping the confirmed price where possible;
- correcting the order with the payer’s consent;
- choosing another suitable plan;
- cancelling the transaction and refunding the amount paid.
No additional difference is charged to the payment method without express consent.
Article 22: Excess or Duplicate Payments
If more than the amount due is paid or a transaction is duplicated, ASMH Africa will, after verification:
- inform the payer of the review outcome;
- identify the excess amount;
- return it through the original payment method where possible;
- send confirmation that it has been processed;
- correct the balance in the account.
The excess amount is not transferred to another service without the payer’s consent.
Article 23: Changing Programmes
If a trainee asks to move to another programme, a financial statement is prepared that explains:
- the amount paid;
- the portion used or completed;
- the credit eligible for transfer;
- the price of the new programme;
- the difference payable or credit remaining;
- any effect on a scholarship or discount.
The financial transfer takes place only after the trainee accepts the statement.
Article 24: Cancellation and Refunds
Refunded amounts are governed by ASMH Africa’s Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
When a refund is accepted, the statement explains:
- the amount paid;
- the amount eligible for refund;
- how it was calculated;
- the method used to return it;
- the processing start date.
No deduction is applied unless it was announced and is based on a service performed or a mandatory rule.
Article 25: Receipts and Invoices
After each successful transaction, the payer receives a receipt containing, as applicable:
- the name ASMH Africa;
- the transaction number;
- the payer’s name;
- the beneficiary trainee’s name, if different;
- the programme or service name;
- the amount;
- the currency;
- the discount applied;
- any taxes;
- the payment date;
- the transaction status;
- the amount remaining payable.
An invoice may be requested through the support portal or the official email address.
Article 26: Trainee Financial Statement
Where available, the portal provides a statement showing:
- the total price;
- amounts paid;
- discounts;
- the scholarship;
- upcoming instalments;
- refunded amounts;
- the outstanding balance;
- the status of each transaction.
The trainee may ask support to correct any error appearing on the statement.
Article 27: Payment on Behalf of Another Trainee
A family member or supporting organisation may pay fees on a trainee’s behalf.
In this case:
- the payer’s name is recorded in the financial document;
- the programme is linked to the trainee’s account;
- the payer does not automatically receive the trainee’s academic information;
- the receipt may be sent to the payer;
- any refund requires verification of the original payment method.
Article 28: Financial Information in Advertising
Any price shown in an advertisement or publication must be linked to:
- a specified programme;
- a specified duration;
- a clearly identified currency;
- clear eligibility conditions;
- a validity date where the offer is temporary.
If the amount represents only an instalment, it is labelled “instalment” and accompanied by the total price or a link to it.
A small instalment amount must not be presented in a way that suggests it is the full programme price.
Article 29: Rights of Residents of African Countries
This Policy applies to beneficiaries in Morocco and Africa.
If the law of the trainee’s country of residence grants them a more favourable mandatory financial right, that right remains protected.
ASMH Africa takes care to explain the currency, final amount, payment method and any known fee before the order is confirmed.
Article 30: Requesting an Explanation or Correction of an Amount
Questions about prices and invoices may be submitted through:
- email: info@asmhafrica.com;
- the official website: https://www.asmhafrica.com;
- the “Contact us” form;
- the support portal in the account.
The order or transaction number should be included without sending the full bank-card details.
ASMH Africa aims to acknowledge the request within two working days and provide a clear response or update within ten working days.
Article 31: Policy Updates
The version number and effective date appear at the beginning of the document.
Amendments apply to future transactions and do not change the financial terms of a previously confirmed order unless the amendment is more favourable to the trainee or required by a mandatory rule.
Article 32: Acceptance of the Policy
Before registration is confirmed, the following wording, or wording with the same meaning, is shown to the payer:
“I have reviewed the official price in Moroccan dirhams, the total amount and what it includes, the payment plan, and the disclosed fees for my service with ASMH Africa.”
A copy of the financial summary and the accepted Policy is retained with the order record.
