- Version:

- Effective date:

- Geographic scope:
- Kingdom of Morocco and African countries
- Intended audiences:
- Visitors, applicants, trainees and anyone paying fees on behalf of a trainee
Preamble
ASMH Africa welcomes everyone who wishes to benefit from its training programmes and services. This Policy was prepared to provide a clear and convenient registration and payment experience and to enable every applicant or trainee to understand the service details, price, payment method and study start date before making a decision.
ASMH Africa applies the principle of transparency. Essential information about each programme is therefore presented before registration is confirmed, and no applicant is asked to pay any amount without being shown the reason for the payment, its value and the service provided in return.
Article 1: Purpose of the Policy
This Policy governs the sale of training services and digital content provided by ASMH Africa and explains:
- how programmes and prices are presented;
- the stages of application, registration and payment;
- when an order is confirmed and service begins;
- payment methods and instalments;
- how content is delivered and access activated;
- rights relating to withdrawal, cancellation and refunds;
- the handling of errors and duplicate payments;
- how to contact ASMH Africa and request assistance.
Article 2: Scope
This Policy applies to services offered by ASMH Africa in Morocco and other African countries, including in particular:
- full training programmes;
- diplomas and professional pathways;
- units or subjects taken individually;
- training packages;
- examinations and assessments linked to programmes;
- digital laboratories, activities and simulations;
- digital books, booklets, files and educational resources;
- application-file review services where an announced fee applies;
- additional services clearly presented before payment.
This Policy does not cover any service that is not officially offered through the ASMH Africa website or one of its approved portals.
Article 3: Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- Visitor: anyone who browses the website or explores programmes without submitting an application.
- Applicant: anyone who has created an application file or submitted an admission request.
- Trainee: anyone admitted and registered for a programme or training unit.
- Payer: the trainee or a person who lawfully pays fees on the trainee’s behalf.
- Training service: a programme, unit, activity, examination or learning-related support service.
- Digital content: lessons, videos, documents, books, simulations and resources made available electronically.
- Order: the selection of a training service and confirmation of the intention to purchase it.
- Electronic confirmation: the notice proving that the order was accepted and that payment or an instalment plan was recorded.
- Portal: any official ASMH Africa digital space used for applications, registration, study or payment.
Article 4: Sales Principles
When presenting its services, ASMH Africa is committed to:
- providing clear and understandable information before payment;
- displaying the official price and any additional fees;
- adding no undisclosed fees at final confirmation;
- allowing the applicant to review their selection and correct errors before payment;
- providing a final order summary;
- sending an electronic confirmation after completion;
- protecting the trainee’s statutory rights;
- providing a direct way to request clarification or assistance;
- not making registration or study conditional on consent to marketing messages.
Article 5: Information Displayed before Purchase
According to the nature of each programme, ASMH Africa aims to include the following information on its page:
- the programme name and code;
- its description and objectives;
- the level and prerequisites;
- the estimated study duration;
- the number of hours, units and credits, where applicable;
- the language or languages of study;
- whether study is self-paced or follows a schedule;
- the nature of activities and examinations;
- completion and graduation requirements;
- the type of diploma or certificate available;
- the official price and payment options;
- what the price includes and excludes;
- the essential technical requirements;
- the period of access to the platform and content;
- the expected study start date;
- withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms;
- any separate fee for an additional service.
An applicant may contact ASMH Africa for further clarification before confirming an order. Requesting information does not create an obligation to pay.
Article 6: Prices and Currencies
-
The Moroccan dirham MAD is ASMH Africa’s official reference currency.
-
The website may show an approximate value in other African currencies to facilitate comparison. The final applicable amount is displayed clearly in the order summary before payment.
-
The converted value may differ slightly because of the exchange rate applied by the bank or payment provider on the transaction date.
-
Before final confirmation, the following information is displayed:
- the price of the programme or unit;
- the amount of the current payment;
- the number of remaining instalments where an instalment plan is chosen;
- any additional fees payable;
- the total financial commitment.
-
The price of a confirmed order does not change unless the trainee later chooses an additional service or a new modification.
-
Programme prices may be updated in the future. A new price applies only to orders that have not already been confirmed.
Article 7: Application and Admission before Payment
Some programmes may require the applicant’s file to be reviewed before final registration is permitted.
In that case:
- the applicant provides the required information and documents;
- the file is reviewed against the published admission requirements;
- the applicant receives the decision or a request for further information;
- programme fees are not requested until the admission stage is completed, unless a separate file-review or examination fee was announced in advance;
- where a file-review fee applies, its value and the corresponding service are displayed before payment;
- a file-review fee is not part of the tuition fee unless expressly stated.
If programme fees were collected before the final decision and the applicant is not admitted, the refundable amount is returned in accordance with the published policy, without charging fees that were not displayed at payment.
Article 8: Ordering Steps
The purchase process generally follows these stages:
- create an account or sign in;
- select the programme or unit;
- complete the required information;
- review the service description and price;
- choose full payment or an available instalment plan;
- review the order summary;
- correct any error before confirmation;
- review the policies linked to registration;
- choose a service start date where this option is available;
- confirm the order and complete payment;
- receive an electronic notice with transaction details;
- receive access according to the announced service start date.
Adding a programme to an interests list or starting to complete a form does not constitute a final purchase.
Article 9: Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed when:
- registration is approved where the programme is subject to admission;
- payment is successfully recorded or the instalment plan approved;
- a confirmation appears in the account or is sent to the registered email address.
As applicable, the confirmation includes:
- the order number;
- the trainee’s name;
- the programme or unit name;
- the amount paid;
- the outstanding amount, if any;
- the instalment schedule;
- the study start or access activation date;
- a link to the applicable policies;
- a way to request assistance.
The confirmation remains available in the account where the portal permits, and the trainee may retain an electronic copy.
Article 10: Payment Methods
ASMH Africa displays the payment methods available in the trainee’s country, which may include:
- bank card;
- bank transfer;
- a secure electronic payment link;
- a local payment method available in the trainee’s country;
- full payment;
- an instalment payment plan;
- any other method added later and officially displayed in the portal.
A trainee is never asked to send bank-card details through email or ordinary messaging.
Electronic payments are processed by specialist providers. ASMH Africa does not retain full card details in its systems.
Article 11: Instalment Payments
Where an instalment plan is available, the following information is displayed before confirmation:
- the total programme price;
- the first-payment amount;
- the number of payments;
- the amount of each payment;
- the due date of each payment;
- the access period associated with the plan;
- the effect of late payment on continued access.
Where available, ASMH Africa sends a suitable reminder before a due date.
If a temporary circumstance prevents a trainee from paying on time, they may contact support to consider available solutions, such as a short extension or rescheduling where the plan permits.
If access is suspended because a payment is due, the trainee retains completed activities and results. Access is restored once the position is regularised in accordance with the agreed plan.
Article 12: Receipt and Invoice
After a successful payment, the payer receives electronic evidence of the transaction.
Depending on the payment method, it includes:
- the transaction number;
- the payment date;
- the amount;
- the currency;
- the relevant programme or service;
- the payer’s or trainee’s name;
- the transaction status.
An invoice or additional financial document may be requested through the support portal or official email address.
If one person pays fees for another trainee, the payment is recorded in the payer’s name and the service is linked to the beneficiary trainee.
Article 13: Access Activation and Service Start
Access is activated on the date displayed before confirmation, which may be:
- immediately after successful payment and registration verification;
- on the cohort start date;
- after specified documents are completed;
- after the required payment is confirmed.
Unless the trainee agrees to a later date, the service is performed within the announced period and no later than thirty days after order confirmation.
Upon activation, the trainee finds in their account:
- the registered programme or units;
- the available subjects;
- the calendar or progress plan;
- initial instructions;
- ways to request support;
- the access end date, where specified.
Article 14: Digital Content
Payment gives the trainee a personal right to access content during the period stated for the programme.
Content may include:
- written lessons;
- videos;
- booklets;
- digital books;
- simulations;
- activities;
- examinations;
- live or recorded sessions;
- support resources.
The platform identifies materials that can be downloaded and materials that must be viewed through the account.
The account and access are reserved for the registered trainee, who may use them through compatible personal devices.
Article 15: Right of Withdrawal
15.1 Trainees in Morocco
Where the service is covered by the right of withdrawal for distance sales, the trainee has seven days to exercise this right. For services, the period begins when the offer is accepted.
The withdrawal request may be submitted without giving a reason and without penalty.
If the trainee does not receive written confirmation of the required essential information, the period is extended in accordance with the period established by Moroccan law.
When a withdrawal request is accepted, the total refundable amount is returned no later than fifteen days after the right is exercised.
15.2 Starting the service before the withdrawal period expires
The trainee may choose to begin studying or open the content immediately before the withdrawal period expires.
In that case, a separate and clear consent is displayed before activation using the following wording or wording with the same meaning:
“I request activation of the service and immediate access to the content once registration is confirmed. I have reviewed the effect that beginning performance of the service has on my statutory right of withdrawal.”
This consent is not presumed and is not preselected on the trainee’s behalf.
Where performance begins at the trainee’s express request before the period expires, the legal rules for services whose performance has begun with the beneficiary’s agreement apply.
The trainee may nevertheless contact ASMH Africa to discuss flexible solutions, such as deferral, transfer or study credit, according to their circumstances and progress.
15.3 Trainees in another African country
The trainee benefits from any mandatory withdrawal rights in their country of residence where those rights are more favourable.
This Policy is applied without reducing any mandatory right granted by applicable local rules.
Article 16: How to Submit a Withdrawal Request
A request may be submitted through:
- the support portal in the account;
- the official contact form;
- email: info@asmhafrica.com.
It is helpful to include:
- the full name;
- the order number;
- the programme name;
- the payment date;
- the payment method used.
No reason is required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
The applicant receives notice confirming receipt of the request and the start of its processing.
Article 17: Cancellation and Refunds
The Withdrawal, Cancellation and Refund Policy sets out the detailed financial rules and supplements this Policy.
In general:
-
the full eligible amount is refunded when the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised correctly;
-
a duplicate payment is refunded in full after verification;
-
if a paid programme or service cannot be provided, the trainee is offered one of the following:
- a refund of the amount paid for the unavailable service;
- transfer to another date;
- selection of a comparable programme with their consent.
-
The trainee is not transferred to an alternative service without consent.
-
If a programme changes materially, the trainee may continue, transfer or request that the unused portion be addressed.
-
Any fee described as separate or non-refundable must be clearly identified as such before payment, with the corresponding service explained.
-
Where possible, refunds are made through the original payment method.
-
The bank or payment provider may require processing time before the amount appears in the beneficiary’s account.
Article 18: Service Unavailability
If a service becomes unavailable after order confirmation, ASMH Africa will:
- inform the trainee as soon as possible;
- briefly explain the reason;
- offer another date or an equivalent service where appropriate;
- leave the choice to the trainee;
- issue any refund due within the statutory period if no alternative is chosen.
A programme is not replaced by a service with a different price or level without the trainee’s clear consent.
Article 19: Programme Changes
Programme content may be updated in order to:
- improve quality;
- update references;
- add new resources;
- develop activities;
- replace an outdated technique with a better one;
- organise units more clearly.
Ordinary updates do not reduce the essential elements on which the trainee relied when purchasing the programme.
If a change materially affects duration, price, the type of diploma or the mode of study, the trainee is informed and given an appropriate choice.
Article 20: Offers, Discounts and Scholarships
When providing an offer, discount or scholarship, ASMH Africa explains:
- the offer period;
- the eligibility conditions;
- the programmes covered;
- the price before and after the offer;
- how the discount is applied;
- whether it can be combined with another offer;
- the conditions for continuing a scholarship, where applicable.
The expiry of a new offer does not affect an order already confirmed at the agreed price.
A discount does not apply retrospectively to earlier transactions unless the offer expressly says so.
Article 21: Errors in Price or Description
ASMH Africa regularly reviews programme information and prices.
If an obvious error appears before order confirmation, it is corrected before payment.
If an error is discovered after confirmation, the trainee is contacted and offered a clear solution, such as:
- keeping the order on the confirmed terms where possible;
- correcting the order with their consent;
- cancelling the transaction and refunding the amount paid.
No additional amount is charged to correct an error without the payer’s consent.
Article 22: Duplicate Payments or Pending Transactions
If a duplicate payment appears, the payer may send both transaction numbers to support for verification and a refund of the duplicate amount.
Some transactions may temporarily appear in a bank account as “processing” or “reserved” before completion. ASMH Africa then assists the payer in checking the order status, while the bank determines when the pending amount is released.
Where possible, the payer is not asked to pay again before the first transaction has been checked.
Article 23: Trainee Responsibilities Relating to Purchase
To ensure that registration is completed correctly, trainees should:
- provide accurate information;
- use an email address they can access;
- review the programme and price before confirmation;
- protect their sign-in details;
- notify support of an incorrect payment;
- update contact information when it changes;
- use the content for their personal educational purposes.
If information contains an unintentional error, the trainee may ask support to correct it.
Article 24: Data Protection during Purchase
ASMH Africa uses the data necessary to:
- create the order;
- verify registration;
- process payment;
- issue the receipt;
- activate access;
- provide support;
- perform academic and administrative obligations.
Details of data collection, use and retention are governed by ASMH Africa’s Privacy Policy.
Accepting this Policy does not constitute automatic consent to marketing messages.
Article 25: Order-Related Communications
Necessary messages are sent to the trainee concerning:
- order confirmation;
- payments or instalments;
- account activation;
- the start of study;
- material changes to the service;
- support and refunds.
News, offers and marketing messages require a separate choice and can be stopped at any time without affecting registration or study.
Article 26: Support and Request Handling
ASMH Africa can be contacted through:
- email: info@asmhafrica.com;
- the official website: https://www.asmhafrica.com;
- the “Contact us” form;
- the support portal in the trainee’s account, where available.
ASMH Africa aims to:
- acknowledge requests within two working days;
- provide a clear response or update within ten working days;
- prioritise requests relating to duplicate payments or inability to access the service.
If further information is required, the request is explained directly and simply.
Article 27: Languages and Accessibility
ASMH Africa’s information is progressively made available in Arabic, French and English.
The order summary and policies appear in the user’s chosen language whenever that version is available.
ASMH Africa aims to preserve the same meaning across language versions and to provide clarification where a translation creates a difference.
Appropriate assistance may also be requested if the user has difficulty reading the information or completing registration.
Article 28: Applicable Rules
For services provided from Morocco, this Policy is interpreted in accordance with applicable Moroccan rules, including in particular:
- Law No. 31-08 enacting consumer-protection measures;
- rules governing the electronic exchange of legal data;
- rules relating to personal-data protection;
- rules concerning contracting and the remote provision of services.
For trainees residing in other African countries, mandatory rights granted in their country of residence remain protected.
Where a disagreement arises, direct communication and an amicable solution are prioritised, without limiting any legally available complaint or appeal route.
Article 29: Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated to improve clarity or reflect changes in services and applicable rules.
The following appear at the beginning of the document:
- the version number;
- the effective date;
- the date of the most recent update.
A later update does not change the price or financial terms of an already confirmed order unless it is more favourable to the trainee or its application is required by a mandatory rule, in which case the trainee is notified.
Article 30: Acceptance of the Policy
Before final confirmation, the applicant or trainee is asked to select a clear checkbox containing the following wording:
“I have read ASMH Africa’s Training Services and Digital Content Sales Policy and reviewed the programme, price, payment method and conditions for the start of service.”
A copy of the accepted Policy is retained with the date and order number and remains available to view or download.
